Develop an analytical micro–macroscopic modeling approach that bridges stochastic driving behaviors and traffic flow properties (the Stochastic Fundamental Diagram).
Investigate the driving behavior and stability of autonomous vehicles. Not only explore how AVs operate individually but also how they influence traffic flow collectively.
Apply reinforcement learning to autonomous driving decision-making, enabling AVs to drive adaptively in traffic.
